Hold It In

Hold in the anger that keeps building one on top of the other!

Hold in the frustration that keeps me crying every day and night

Hold in the words that I long to tell someone who I can trust, who won't ever let me down

Hold in the tears that want to pour right down my dark cheeks and create rivers

Hold in the trust that I long to give a person I love, a person who won't misuse it

Hold in my screams that want to burst out at the top of my lungs

Hold in your laughter, Hold in your sadness, hold in this, hold in that!

Well I'm done

Done holding everything in!

I'm ready to just give up

I'm ready to let it go!

I can't do it anymore, I'm tired!

I'm finished holding it in!
