Hold on, let go

It's kind of weird the instant you learn breathe to deep, and let go. Your body goes cold. You feel lighter, faster, leaner, and at last free. Like compressing a spring, you pull closer and closer to allow it to soar. You hold tight to what you love so once you do let go, you can love more.
