Hold My Hand.....

Hold My Hand

Hold my hand.

Squeeze it tight as we waltz through the night.

Tell me about your life and I’ll tell you about mine…

You need not say a word,

If you’re not inclined to…

Just sit with me, be with me.

If you want you can cry too,

And I’ll do my best to make you smile,

Like you use to…

Would you do it too?

Make me laugh again?

It’s fine if you won’t.

But at the very least,

Wouldn't it be grand?

If you’d just hold my hand….

T. Talbott

Writing has always been a way for me to release my emotions...As of right now, in this particularly rough moment in my life, it has greatly helped me maintain a stable and healthy mind.
