Hold in the Silence
Hold it all in,
Hold it all back.
Let it all go, but
only when you’re alone.
Don't burden others with your troubles.
Keep them bottled,
keep them sealed.
Hide your worry,
and hide your fears.
Don't show the quivering lip,
right after the pissed off look.
Don’t utter the swears too loudly.
No one needs to hear.
Let the silence kill you.
Do it alone, to not hurt anyone.
Struggle alone... Because I feel as if I am.
Did I have to fight it alone?...
Are we alone?
Hold it in,
hold it back.
The silence is here,
do I break it?
