Holding on

It is not the feeling, it is the moment

It is not something arbitrary, it is not without courage to fall so hard.

It is the awareness of being lifted yet grounded.

Slipping through our guarded thoughts takes time.

It is not effortless but is without any manual or road map.

That paranormal shiver as you shudder to think about life

without the other half who you can be with or a 1000 miles apart

The ties and lines that intertwine you are entangled

You could never forget, never let go.

Greatness arises,

Fairness and unfairness are balanced.

The smoke falls like a curtain to end the show

It floats above the ground.

Some call this being blinded by love.
