Holding

Sat in a corner

as a dark empty

figure grabs you

by the head and

wispers sweet

nothings in

your ear

beliving every word

he says

he puts you

in your place.

In your corner.

In your head.

Everyone had

gone but him.

He had taken

everything

out your

brain and

through your

ear but a

fire remained

too hot to

touch.

Vanish, he went

as Fire walked in.

She held you

and you

held on.
