The Hole in My Skin

An open wound

Choose your sewer

Unsteady hand, game over

Vulnerability allows the blind to see

If the wound is repairable

Or big enough to be

Grab the peroxide

Feel the burn

Now look at the scar you have earned

Next time, don’t choose what’s sharp and shiny

Stick to the book

Dull items might be your best look
