Holidays near
With the holidays near all I could think of is,
the children in orphanages with family to spend those days with,
the people in homeless shelters wondering when they'll get back on their feet,
the animals that are killed so we could enjoy their meat,
Don't get me wrong i'm not a scrooge,
i'm not the Grinch of Christmas,
I just suddendly see the whole picture,
some people work their butts off to provide happiness,
Happinest can't be found underneath a christmas tree,
happiness can't be found in fridge or table on thanksgiving day,
happines lies within,
happiness is stuck inside of even the most tourtured souls,
For the bee happiness isn't honey,
for the dog happiness isn't truly found in a bone,
For a dentist happiness isn't a patient having no cavities,
happiness is the ones they meet,
the ones they spend their time with,
With the holidays near,
I'm looking at the big picture,
I can see it clear,
Happiness is already here
