The Hollow Human
Broken people laid in halves
In the water and on the sand.
Shattered hearts in many places,
Vast chasms in the eyes of wearied faces.
Empty vessels, silent and straight,
Wandering through a world of love, fear, and hate.
This is the hollow human.
