Others get to return.
Back to where they know.
Where they love.
Where they want to be.
But I'll be stuck.
I'll be here, wisshing I was there.
I'll be crying over memories.
And they're just that.
Things I remember.
Things I miss.
Do they think about me?
Do they miss me as much?
Do they even care to see me?
I guess not.
They don't talk to me.
But they say we should catch up.
I get my hopes up way too high.
Just to be forgotten.
Just to be alone.
And no one ever knows.
