My Mothers perfume lingering to my nose

With her tight hugs of comfort.

The strong embrace of a bestfriend wiping

The tears away with laughs and smiles as

Wide as can be.

Old school black top smelling of sweat and dirt

Where lessons were learned, i was a tiny piece of the world

With anything and everything ahead of me.

People that i love, the look in their eyes

From good to bad they were always there

To pick me up when i had fallen and gave me a shoulder to cry on.

As the chills take over my body at just the thought

Alright, you made me cry. This was beautiful and touched me deeply because this is how I feel too. Thank you.
