I wish i could feel you tucked beside me

Wrapped up tightly like a blanket to keep me warm

Atleast one more moment to take it all in

Wrapped up in my arms like it were a forever

To hold our moment tighly where we are just one time

To see the worn down home inside that was left in ruins

To feel the moments like you once had in my arms

Just a moment to reminisce in your shoes

I wish for more of a home that wasnt meant forever

So many question that even your presents can’t answer

Just to had been able to capture the painting of the rubble you left

I just wanted to understand

But what was understood was that it too was my confounding future.
