Home Of A Heart

Home Of A Heart

Where loneliness and sadness don’t exist,

You’ll always be surrounded by your thoughts.

Where you can’t weep your tears away,

Hearts don’t fall into pieces.

Where mom and dad can’t tell you what to do

Because no matter what  decision you take, you’ll never be wrong.

Where you can’t close your eyes to escape reality,

Because whether you’re awake or asleep you’re living a life’s dream

Where  giving up is not an option,

Because you get it right the first time

Where tasting your words isn’t valuable,

Because you don’t have to spit them out.

Where you can’t judge others,

Otherwise you’re revealing an unhealed part of you.

Where the bzzzzzz sounds of bees can’t be heard

Because joyful songs are always playing in your mind

Where love, laugh, and luck last

Or at least happen in a blink of an eye

Inside the home of a heart
