Lower your head
Come on out
Open the gate
Come on in now

Stare the same struggles
Step the same steps
Ask her how shes feeling
Nauseous and not fed

Shes starving yet not hungry
Her children weep unknowingly
Believe the old man
Or trust the younger siblings

Circumstantial decisions
Made in just seconds
Rages of fury
And curses to the heavens

Whom to blame?
None but himself
Caught by age
He knows he needs help

As the touch he gives off
Is one too unusual
Its the type that brings tears
To the crowd that isnt used to

But those who inhabit
Tally by just once more
Their fallen tears
Whom through time, commence to bore

So as you approach
Pay your respects
For they who are home
Have no clue yet
