Homelessness ...

Ecclesiastes 9:15-16 New English Translation (NET Bible)

15 However, a poor but wise man lived in the city
and he could have delivered the city by his wisdom,
but no one listened to that poor man.

16 So I concluded that wisdom is better than might,
but a poor man’s wisdom is despised; no one ever listens to his advice.

Homelessness: In some of the “beautiful” cities

Amsterdam, San Francisco, and Austin,  just to name a few

Planners … satire

You do this and I'll do that

don’t you want to labor?

Keep your hand to another plow,

don’t you love your neighbor?

All pre-planned for you to do

by men with much education.

We have many more planners

than doers in our beloved nation.

Twelve will plan for seven to do

the labor's burden for a full day.

Above the twelve is another group

that directs and molds the clay.

They select a person called "a mayor"

who makes most all the incisions

to manipulate benefits from all

through oft "confused" decisions.

The person hurts the heart of everyone

men, women, and often children

and then on Sundays finds a "temple",

being pious without hindrance.

The counsel there loves them so

because they seem to be great givers.

and soon they'll in a place of leadership

so they can start there their endeavor.
