Hometown Boy

His full lips pressed to mine,

our hands together fingers entwind.

Simple pleasures sharing a joke,

laughing til it hurts, wiggling away from his gentle poke.

falling a sleep in his arms,

being helpless to his boyish charms.

When in town he is the first person I want to see,

Knowing there is no other place I'd rather be.
