In all honesty, I find it crazy that I let my guard down so fast and never questioned it at any time. 

Listen it would have been nice to be your girl but we got plans for our lives that lead to different paths.

I rather be homie before your girl because as a homie we get to know each other on a whole other level and make a connection.

You see our mistake was kissing and not reconnecting.

It's just the vibes got to our heads.

It just leads us to question what we were and what we would become.

If I were to become your girl and call it quits just to become homies again it would have never worked because if we were to fall, now I said if, it would have never gone back to the same.

Trust me I know.

You see those feelings would have always lingered if that ever happened.
