Honestly

I'm moving beyond our past together

Bruises fading and muscles relaxing

Breathing easier and forgetting more

I promise you I'm letting go of us.

But, there's always hesitation

in the loss of an honest love,

I would be lying if I told them that

I didn't miss your scent

Your breath

Your touch

Yourstareyourtasteyourembrace.

Fuck

honestly

maybe I do

loveyoustill.
