The Honeybee

she flies and floats

and carries out every job she knows she needs to do.

she flies and floats

not asking questions, or asking for any more.

she flies and floats

wondering if there is anymore out there,

besides the day in, and day out,

routine and repitition.

she flies and floats

waiting for the day when she walks on two legs,

standing tall and proud.

she flies and flats

knowing she will be her own beekeeper.
