Honor in the face of deceit

Just in case you forgot,

You told me things that were not.

The love of truth is  paramount,

the lies you tell make no sound.

The life of love is honoring,

this time you are the one who will be following.

The laws that govern are universal,

only in transparence can we make real rehearsal.

Forfeiting integrity has only caused you to lack,

and to lose a trusted friend is a brutal payback.
