In Hope

Apprehended by authenticity in hope to be freeSmothred in so much fear it is draining the life out of meDrowing in distortion to protect those who hurt meCovering old scars, in desperate need for them to desert meNot knowing who to turn to Nor who to trustI pray for direction to relieve my thrustIn hope to be  kid again to see another dayMy protection  askMpotection I pay
