Hope

(A man walks a path of his own choosing, trying to follow his heart but the path was too confusing, while the devil watched with amusement, enjoying the torment of a man in search for happiness that is granted if he is to believe without vision in the moment. But, with this belief came feelings of anguish, doubt, fear and grief which would constantly try to deceive his mind with the intention of gaining a new soul that will rot and decay over time allowing satan to mock God, telling him "he is no longer yours but mine." As the man continues on this journey, he begins to test and measure his faith as an angel falls from heaven latching herself onto his heart, beginning something amazing destined from the start, illuminated like stars This created hope... Hope, a feeling this man has never encountered The gap between them so far, yet the two were so sure that distance does not determine the measure of a mate and that a bond built upon belief and trust would create an opportunity to alleviate the pain and heartache climb mountains of distaste and swim across oceans dark and mysterious but the abyss in their minds illuminates their reasons strengthening their grasp, bringing them closer together as they hold each others hands, wishing for no other for the day she fell from heaven he said "he is her lover." This idea was based on a belief that love may conquer all that your strength will continue to stand tall even if youre surrounded by perfectness but highlighted by one flaw is that wrong? he never thought that his love was bought but now that it is gone he thinks back to everything he sought in a woman, partner, friend and lover, yet this was the end one like no other the angel no longer saw any reason to stay, that her time was up and she must return to heavens bay to bask in the sun or whatever angels do, while the single man who sat in ruin as he watched her ascend too soon allowing the distance between them to grow evermore greater, as the night came to an end just like the river of tears that were shed by the both of them, begin to flow into a canyon of despair where they allowed their sadness to get lost in the crevasses of time as the light began to disappear from his sight and the angel from his life. he whispered one last time, "One day beautiful angel from the sky, I "hope" to call you mine." go here)
