Hope

I'm sitting on this island,

my body wastes away.

It seems quite likely though,

that my mind is here to stay.

Inside my brain, a fire burns

oh what is that feeling?

This island and these waves,

my fate they are sealing.

My legs and arms grow weaker,

I can barely cope.

Into the setting sun I stare,

I can only hope...
