Hope

I hope for a brighter future

For a brighter tomorrow

I hope that I will see my lost loved ones again someday

Or maybe just that I aced my last exam I studied so hard for

Hope is not a tangible thing

I cannot hold it or touch it

Yet despite that, it is such a powerful thing

A mere idea

A simple concept

Yet it motivates me to test my limits

To set high goals for myself

Because there is always the hope of achieving them

Always the hope of success

Hope gives me the strive I need to thrive
