Hope

It may sound cliche but what are we without hope?

So many wars were founded to crush peoples hope.

Once hope is gone, loss of enthusiasm for life soon follows.

I wake up in the morning with hope that the day will be good.

That I won't fail.

Each step I take is hope that I'm moving forward not backwards.

When I bite my tongue to avoid a hit, I do it in hope that my body won't hurt as much as my soul

Hope that by the time college comes I won't be too tattered and broken to operate.

Everyday I hope that I won't have to please those who care less about me.

I hope for escape even though I'm not 100 percent when or if the things I hope for will actually show up.

That's the funny thing about hope.

You can have it snatched from you but in a deep corner of your heart, you'll still have it.

President Obama ran a presidental campaign on it.

Hitler tried to destroy it.

Both knowing the significance.

Hope is why I'm alive.

Hope.
