HOPE

Is this really the end?

I don't see what else I can do.

I've tried over and over again but its always the same thing

The same results the same ending, what more can I do.

I'm just about ready to give up, but right when i'm just about to

a small voice in my head stops me.

It says, "You will get through this."

I don't know what to make of it.

Am I going insane? Whats wrong with me.

I don't know how much longer I can continue like this.

Should I listen to the voice or just give up?

I don't want to believe that this is really the end for me.

Maybe I should give it one more try.

Once again the small voice says, "You will get through this."

Its a sign. Maybe I should take it.

If I let this be the end then all I have done would be meaningless.

All my goals and dreams would have been for nothing.

This one choice will determine everything. Shall I give up hope?

Because once I do I won't ever be able to take it back.

No I shouldn't. Hope has gotten me this far and it will help me overcome this.

I can't give up now,

What was I thinking?

Hope, what a marvelous thing. Makes me wonder how this one word can have such  a powerful meaning.
