Hope
All I have is hope
I write for it, I dream all day long
Someone correct if I’m wrong
I’m stuck, stuck in a life of grief and heart ache
I’m not beaten or abused
But I still hope
See no one gets me, they never try
A life full of people, but still alone
If I complain, would I be wrong
But I still hope
Writing because I need too
Looking for some kind of truth
Everything around me is a lie
Day and night, anyone could hear my cries
But I still hope
Of a future where someone understands me
Some that will listen with no cruel intentions
A content life
A free life
You see I still hope, because without out hope I have nothing
