Hope

Everybody has hope right?

Wrong.

I no longer have hope.

I had hope for years, but then I lost it.

Because I lost my mom and my dad beat me.

I no  longer thought I mattered.

I had friends.

They just laughed and said poor you.

I just think it is normal.

I think it is normal for this all to happen.

I'm bisexual and no-binary. I am born female and I am in love with my girlfriend. Poetry is a way for me to escape.
