hope

Hope flies with sharp paced feathers

Through the darkness and guilt filled vines

It escapes the rap’ed claws fo shames endeavos

And soars over peaceful, rejuvenated pines

Hope travels to the souls that seem lost

Through the misery and self-hate bullets

It dodges all missiles and traps no matter the cost

And flitters with wondering eyes at the comets

Hope comes in many shapes and forms

Through clouds and far away trees

It perseveres through infinite storms

And flys with feathers of the frees
