HOPE

Bound by teatherd cords We hold tight against the fall Tears of pain and hate and love silence of scream A hard choke where my voice used to be Oh fates I would test the greatest resolve Emperors and kings fell to bended knee Rise up again I say Cast off the shadow Cast out the fiend I am my self again On a cloud in a dream For I am this broken sack of meat I dream of laughter and peace But all I see is the blood beneath My feet.
