Hope for home

Home is a vague description for a place of residence or belonging,

Each year I have traveled from house to houseand state to state, but I have not found

my home as of late

This sadness threatens to castrate my soul

Having my being give into that empty hole

Even with all the dark inside, there is a light that forces it to hide

It is hope that allows me to cope against the demon

To rise above the pain and sorrow

To find the place where I belong

The person I belong to and them me

To have a home where I can be happy

Happy with the ones I love

That is my hope

To go to my home, wherever that may be

In this reset or the next

Within a star or underground

I know I will go home

And with this this feeling I will find peace.
