Hopeless

Rain drops leap from the edge of my balcony, as the tears escape the pain within. Sadness stalking me hidden behind every corner. For once, will a smile overcome the depression? Solitary silences the will to want. All hopes and dreams forgotten. Why should I try? When no one listens. Alone in this world without ambition.
