Hoping for the one

An overwhelming sense of clarity strikes my soul, as I look deep into her eyes...
I can almost see another spirit with a missing half that would complete mine
to make the spirit of love, one spirit quite devine.
Two brains, two mouths, two hearts, one soul......
Thats what I seek, to find my other half, so I may be made whole....
Im happy where Im at, not to say I wouldnt like to gain ground....
But when your alone, things get to you as you see old couples walk around....
Holding hands, flirting like a first date...
After so many years there love has yet to deflate.
A love like that I pray I will find, For when I go before the Golden Gates I will not be
alone.
I found the missing half of my soul in the life before life.....
Clouds under our feet, a kingdom before our eyes....with me in the afterlife my soulmate
continues on with me, to walk this kingdom of gold, for all, an eternity.
