The House with No Lights
In this house you can’t see the lies that lie between the pits of depletedness and solicitude
In this house there is no lights ocasional light flicker its way in and for moment it becomes crepuscular
But on most of the days its pitch black like the nights my ancestors spent on the boats trying to keep a float
My cowardness consumes me and my bed filled with desperation with no ration
This house is filled with broken bones decayed and i lay in this empty house and smile in efforts to keep the ghost away
Im stuck imprisoned since birth i try to smile i really do but this house this house tears down everything that i ever built or tried to build
Im broken
Weak
And never good enough
I try to get out more i promise trying to find the promise land but all i find is broken promises that drag me back to the house with no lights
There’s no leaving there’s no destroying its just surviving in this house
I dont want to survive no more i dont want to walk on the bones of the ones before
Cause one i am not worthy
Two im too dreary and ready to stop fighting and sleep
Three im a coward cause i cant pop the pills open sesame
Three i cant keep struggling to stay awake
Four im fucking tiered and drained by everything and everyone
Five please leave me alone
