The House Of Seven Rooms

                                                                                               The House Of Seven Rooms

I am from a House Of Seven Rooms,

from peaches and laundry detergent.

I am from a House Of Seven people,

who act goofy, talk loud, and have intelligence.

It feels like home and I am proud,

Even from a family of seven for crying out loud.

The white carnations that lye around,

like a beam of light from the sky that can’t make you frown.

Im from staying asleep on weekends,

and eating vegetables all day long.

From “ I’ll watch you grow up

and carry you through life”.

The thoughts of you seeing me grow up have faded on,

from time that should have been spent and now is gone.

In the Ten Commandments and the testaments,

form church and achievements.

Im from Dallas and Autumn Ridge,

fried chicken and green beans.

From the loss of Grandfather from cancer,

from the wound on my moms leg.

Its sad to say you have seen me grow,

look what you have missed .

I am seventeen and I love basketball,

but you wouldn’t know because you haven’t been their at all.

My heart was never broken because Love was never showed,

i knew you never would have so I knew not to fold.

I am a women who loves life and it’s magic,

sad you couldn’t be apart of it how tragic.

I am from the House Which you will never know,

Love life, move forward, and we all will become old.
