How?

Why does life seems so confusing now? It seems the only question is how. Like how are we supposed to know whether the heart is true? And how do we know if our soul won't be left feeling blue? How are we suppose to not let life get us down? When all we want to do is frown. All the questions I seem to have is how. With no answer for right now.
