How are the Greek gods doing?

I’m not entirely too sure.

Let’s see what type of trouble they’ve been brewing.

It doesn’t seem too pure.

Poseidon is sick, throwing hurricanes left and right.

There are storms and earthquakes galore!

I wonder why he’s giving us such a fright.

Maybe climate change is making him roar

Along with Demeter, bless her sweet soul.

All the crops are dying and the seasons are going away.

I guess climate change really is taking a toll.

Let’s hope the other gods are doing okay.

Hermes doesn’t have a job!

There’s no need for him anymore.

Technology’s newest thingamabob

Made Hermes a washed-up bore.

At least Hephaestus is doing okay,

He is now an engineer.

I’m glad he could adjust to the world today

By making humans lots of cool gear.

Aphrodite is a rad feminist!

She fights wants equal human rights for all.

Some people say she’s a demonist.

She pays no attention to their foul name call.

Ares is doing great right now.

All the wars and conflicts keep him employed.

His hard work brings sweat to his brow.

Too bad his success means our world is destroyed.
