How to catch a fear

How to catch a fear...

You see it’s very easy if you know the know,

but first you should start slow,

what if your not good enough..

See this question for me has always been tough,

but laying in my bed,

this thought of disapproval in my head,

I decided to catch that fear and throw it away

far past the minds bay.

I looked to my loved ones, my boyfriend, my friends

and there started to be a few basic trends

even when I wasn’t looking they seemed to care,

and this made the idea of disapproval easy to bare,

because it was not true...

and the idea of being the center of love become to be new.
