How do I glide?
Matters of the heart, one minute they have you feeling so high like a kite, but how do you glide when you loose the one you love? The one who left a mark? The one who fulfilled their part? The drive of Living is something you no longer feeling, all you want to do is park. How do you glide when you are now fighting the wind that once helped you fly ? Is this life you ask, giving you another one of it's task's? You put up a smile for those around you, but its just a mask. Luck was once on my side, but now I cry in a room with deemed light's.
Sobbing has now become a way of coping, blankets no longer need washing because a pool of tears is what you keep them soaked in. come dawn you are cloaked in clothes they wore (war) even with the cover of the night you still feel like you are loosing the battle, you feel like a gash on your head leaving your whole anatomy red like little red riding hood's mantle is much better than thoughts in your mental. Pain is pain all it does make you pale and frail.
"Time heals wounds" but in reality it feels like you keep climbing heels of despair and hurt, held hostage in the dark like a bat. All the flair you had is gone into the heavens with one that made up your pair. Asking God questions like "is it fair?" But you still have faith in him because you feel like he still care, but you still have to bare the brunt of what is supposedly his will, that cost you a feeling you can never have again now you have to handle the bill.
How do I glide you ask? You'll never get the answer until you loosen what binds your mind,
You do not want to be in line with those who sigh when asked "how did you slay the giant in your life" .
