How do we know when

How do we know when it's time to go/To places wonderful or terrible, so unknown/Do we know what we would say with our last good-byes?/Who would we go to, who would cry?/How do we express a love so dear/Or any regrets, would they be clear?/Where we will be when it's time to leave?/Lying unconcious on a hospital bed/Comatose, because of a fatal blow to the head/Or no clue at all, walking down the street/When Grim Reaper call/I wonder what our last thoughts of life me be/looking over the past, reviewing old deeds/Will we be content with the life we led/As we come to the door we no longer dread/Or will we be frightened of our last minues ahead?/But there are no second chances for those who are dead/Finally, we might ask ourselves if we can honestly tell/If we are going to heaven or hell/Now comes the time we heave a content sigh/Or scream our last, gut-wrenching cry/The curtain closes and we finally...die
