Fighting for a Chance

Knowing how hard it is to even gain your attention when other guys seem to distract you.

If only you knew the way I feel about you then I may have a chance.

Not one day has this thought escaped my mind?

The very thought of not seeing you makes that day worthless to live in.

The reasons I feel this way are endless.

Just to know it doesn’t matter what someone can buy you, what they look like, it only matters that they make you laugh and feel wanted.

Though I may not be the strongest guy or even the best looking guy but to be with you I would be the luckiest man in the world if you would be mine.

It would be great for a good guy to finish first instead of last in this race.

Only if Shakespeare could lay his eyes upon you; he would then know what true beauty looks like.

Comparing you to a summer’s day would not even come close to your beauty.

Just knowing tomorrow I have another chance to see you makes it all worth-while but the very thought of saying good bye breaks my heart.

I wish I had the courage to do this sooner and say what I believe.
