How I Feel
I think it's funny how you stumble
Losing your balance and falling into my arms
You're something I could never fumble
And I'm so glad that you said yes
You're so beautiful without any makeup on
You were breath-taking in that dress
On our first date on the lake that I almost threw up on
And I'm so glad that you said yes
I love how you gently kiss my lips and run your hand through my hair
With your other hand on my stomach with a little caress
And then I can feel how much you really do care
And I'm so glad that you said yes
Thousands of miles apart is how we started
Crazy teenagers wanting to fall in love
Wanting to take that jump, full hearted
And I'm so glad that you said yes
We weren't afraid to take that chance
Because being together was the best
Taking you by the hand and asking for our first dance
And I'm so glad that you said yes
