How I Feel
How do I feel?
Is what you ask me.
But see,
My love,
It is hard to verbalize.
How I feel.
So I had to write it down.
And let the words flow.
From my mind.
Through my fingers.
And let my fingers
Do the talking.
Where to begin
That is the question.
First off
I love you.
I cannot exactly explain
The feeling
In a sequence of words
That can even close
To explaining how I feel.
How I really feel.
But I will try my best.
For you.
Being with you
Makes me feel as though
Everything I ever needed.
Everything I ever wanted.
Has taken a human form
And been placed into my life.
Constantly.
Frequently.
Unconditionally.
Bringing joy to my being.
I may not say it enough.
But I miss you.
Every hour of every day.
Those excruciating moments
Where our breaths
And our heartbeats
Do not coexist
In the same room
Are the longest seconds
Of my life.
