This is how I feel

Dear Depression,

I am trapped in a box

that is my mind

I am separated from the world

a moment paused in time

Because of you I scream, I cry

then instantly I feel every goodbye

You make me a ghost, disembodied

and now there are two types of me

and one is just a copy

Coming and going as you please

making me sick like a disease

I am enslaved, forever bonded to you

waiting for the next time

you're bored and have nothing to do

You're the annoying friend

that won't go away

I am yours

now continue to prey

until next time, your victim,
