How I feel about Rainbow Pride

I come home from school everyday,

I think about it and tuck it away,

I have so much I need to say,

Why should people be scared to be gay?

I mean it is not a sin,

It's better than drinking gin,

And suicidial people are usually never thin,

Everybody has something to win,

Instead of something mean, how about we try nice,

This could be the start of melting ice,

Before you do something think twice

Because good is greater and would suffice

There are tons of people who are bi,

I am too, not gonna lie,

I watch mean folks come and try,

To pick on mainly us and that's a sigh,

All I can do is twirl,

My hair to give it curls,

I am a regular girl,

I have feelings like the rest of the world,

But all I can say is love is love,

Does it really matter what color the doves,

Before I take off these gloves,

Think about who's above,

Doesn't he say love everyone,

Is that not how we begun,

And making peole feel like they should run,

Please give compliments and the rest is done,

I would not care if my future child will say,

Mom can I tell you I'm gay,

I'll be like sure it's okay,

Who is the lucky person today?
