How I Feel Every Day
I feel sad every single day,
Deep inside I'm full of pain,
That I'd hide from everybody,
In everyone's eyes I'm a worthless and a nobody,
I'd tell a lie to all my friends,
They'd ask if I was alright and I'd say hell yeah you know imma fighter til' the very end,
But when I go home I'd go to my room and start to cry,
But by that point I'd ask myself why in the hell do I still have tears in my eyes,
I knew I was alive but I felt dead inside,
But I always kept a smile on my face to keep everyone happy,
Adding insult to injury I'd sometimes pretend that I'm laughing,
Sometimes the pain gets so hard I wanna fly away,
Away away I just wanna fly away but then my alarm would ring and I'd awake,
Then I'd realize it was a freaking dream,
Oh how bad I'd wish it was reality,
People say they know me better than anyone else,
But how the hell you supposed to know me when I don't even know myself,
I look in the mirror and always see a failure,
My life is a scary movie just wait for the trailer,
People say I'd live a better life I do drugs,
So I did I told myself I'd only do it once,
But here I am 2 years later in the same place,
With the same stupid as look on my face,
At home and school I feel so isolated,
I drank so much my pupils would get heavily dilated,
I do all this because I wanna fit in,
But ever since I have I don't feel right in my own skin,
The measures I go to try and fit in,
I wouldn't be surprised if my life started to cave in.
