How I Love

My love covers those with a blanket of endless support and emotion.

My love empowers others to love others.

My love is loud and a vibrant green.

My love will never disappear for the ones I love no matter what.

My love is something that cannot be described all at once.

But how do others love me?

Their love for me is bold and defensive.

Their love for me moves people simply because of how they love me.

Their love for me is obvious in everything they do for me.

Their love for me makes me believe that I’ll be loved even after my death.

Their love for me doesn’t make me feel alone.

When they ask me why I stay with them and continue to support them.

I say

Because I love you.

And I mean it every time.
