How it is
You've been there for me from the time i was born
You read to me and laughed with me
Played lame games and watched cartoons.
I was your little princess the one that would always be
You said you would always be there for me, but sorry
it wasn't meat to be.
You became sick without even noticing
You became distant and cold like a stone
Poeple tried to help but you were angry,
Angry at us, angry at yourself, so we left you alone.
You never tried to stop, that's when your weakness shone.
Now I am the one alone.
Your drinking never ended, the smoke still rose.
Your eyes red rimmed, your breath a foul smell
The mix alcohol and weed wafting from your tongue
How can you be so oblivious to how far you fell
You ignored my pleas and stayed in your smokey shell
If only you could tell
If only you could tell what it did to you
Changin from my idol to one I do not know
Swallowing, Swimming,Sinking into your stupor
Lower you fell, deeper you sank until you could no longer grow
Hiding within yoursef until your blood ceased to flow
The end to your show.
