How Is It That We Ever Got This Way

I haven’t been as grateful for you about you with you as I should have been forgive me for my follies take me as I am I’ll run fifteen miles just to see the light hitting the hair upon your arms the things I couldn’t live without are worth this much So tell me how it is that we ever got this way That we fell so madly into love and out of loneliness
