How Jack and Jill Got Up the Hill

Jack and Jill went up the hill to fetch a pail of water

But as they tottered the days grew hotter and so they didn’t even bother.

Some days they traveled on their bikes

And found it much better than yesterday's hike

Some days they were too lazy for the bike

And drank from the  pool water at night.

As you could imagine they became  real sick

Turning around in their beds having fits

Until Jill jumped out of bed to say

“When it comes to this there has to be an easier way.”

So they stole mom ‘s car to make a quick fill

But as they fetched, the car rolled down the hill

They couldn’t even fetch a simple pail of water

They tried and tried but it kept getting  harder

So instead of tumbling down and taking such crap

They gave in and downloaded the uber app

Their driver came by in the nick of time

And took them up the hill for a very low price

So now Jack and Jill don’t take any falls

Everyday is uber they make the effort to call,

Like millennials they seemed to  deliver their haul

Without doing any work at all!
